The holiday season has brought new ways to the city of Istanbul. Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul have added a new name to their frontcourt - Jehyve Floyd has been signed until the end of the season.
The former Panathinaikos OPAP Athens center is signed with hopes to provide rotational stability. According to BasketNews sources, the club's big man Devin Booker is set to miss the next two EuroLeague matches due to an injury.
In his stint with Panathinaikos, the American center has played 10 matches in the EuroLeague, averaging 2.5 points, 2.1 rebounds and 2.3 PIR in 10 minutes of play.
After graduating from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, USA, Floyd spent his first two years of professional basketball in Greece and Turkey, playing for Larissa and Hapoel Galil Gilboa respectively.
Fenerbahce will look to extend their 4-game winning streak on Thursday when they'll greet LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne in Istanbul. The Turkish club currently sits 9th in the Euroleague standings with 7 wins in 16 games.
