After combo guard Fabien Causeur, another Real Madrid player has tested positive for COVID-19, according to the club's announcement.
Vincent Poirier has been diagnosed with the virus, joining coach Pablo Laso and his fellow countrymen Causeur and Thomas Heurtel who also received positive tests' results this week, on Tuesday.
Poirier had one of the best games in his career, a 24-point performance against UCAM Murcia, last Sunday, which tied his personal scoring record. In addition, the French center added 7 rebounds to close his afternoon with 31 in PIR.
Poirier is averaging 7,3 points on 83% free-throw and 62% two-point shooting, 6,2 rebounds, and 11,5 in PIR over 16 EuroLeague games this season.
