With rumors spreading about an organisation in disarray, reports have come out that James Nunnally got thrown out of Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv practice.

The American forward got into an altercation with Yiftach Ziv during Tuesday's practice, Arale Weisberg of reports. Both players returned to practice the next day and played in the Euroleague match against UNICS Kazan on Thursday.

Despite the loss, Nunnally was the second-highest scorer in the match with 12 points, while Ziv only played 1 minute against the Russian team.

It seems that the altercation is not going to be forgotten in Tel Aviv. According to journalist Josh Halickman's sources in China, Nunnally intends to return to the CBA and is contacting top and mid-level CBA teams.

However, Nunnally himself denied both rumors, simply stating that none of them are true.

Later, he also posted a message on Twitter asking to not use his name for fake stories.

"Please don’t use my name for fake stories it’s draining to everyone. We win 5 in a row we’re great, now we are in a tough moment finger-pointing starts. We all want to win & will play better," posted Nunnally.

Nunnally is one of the leaders of the team in the Euroleague. The American forward averages 12.5 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 2.8 assists for 13.9 PIR in 27 minutes of play.

Maccabi currently sit 8th in the Euroleague standings. The team is traveling to Istanbul for a double-week clash against the Turkish teams, with the Israeli club playing Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul on Tuesday and Anadolu Efes Istanbul on Thursday.
