After winning an important game in EuroLeague against Olympiacos, Serbian powerhouse KK Crvena Zvezda had to suffer a lot to beat Slovenian side Krka Novo Mesto 71-70 (12-16, 15-19, 15-24, 29-11) in a very thrilling end.

Crvena Zvezda entered the final quarter down by 19 points but their defense, once again, did an amazing job, limiting Krka's offense to just 11 points in the last 10 minutes of the game. 

Nikola Kalinic saved the day for Crvena Zvezda in the last few seconds, first scoring a three-pointer to tie the game at 70, and then making the decisive free-throw after Krka Novo Mesto's head coach was given a technical foul with just three seconds left on the clock. 

Dejan Davidovac was the top scorer for Crvena Zvezda with 19 points, 10 rebounds, and 3 steals, while Nikola Kalinic finished with 16 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals. 

Veteran point guard Rok Stipcevic was the top scorer for Krka with 16 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists.
