Slovenian side Cedevita Olimpia Ljubljana (3-3) and Italian side Virtus Bologna (4-2) put up a big show for the fans, with Virtus able to prevail 104-101 (29-25, 25-28, 28-29, 22-19) after a great shooting night for both teams.

Amar Alibegovic sealed the victory for Virtus with a two-pointer with 30 seconds left on the clock (102-94)

Ty-Shon Alexander made a couple of important plays in the fourth quarter, giving Virtus Bologna a six-point lead (91-85). A four-point play by Kyle Weems with two minutes left on the clock gave Virtus Bologna an eight-point lead (100-92)

In the third quarter, the two teams kept trading baskets for most of the time. The game remained extremely close while both teams continued to be hot from outside. In the last minute of the third period, Cedevita tried a little push, creating a four-point lead (78-74) but Virtus bounced back immediately with two straight threes from Belinelli (82-82)-

Cedevita, though, remained in the game behind their great performance three-point. Yogi Ferrell took the team on his back and shined, having 20 points at the half with 5/6 from downtown, and helped Cedevita to cut down Virtus' lead to just one point at the end of the second quarter (54-53)

At the beginning of the second quarter, Virtus extended their lead to 11 points (39-28) thanks to a couple of unexpected three-pointers from big man Amedeo Tesssitori and the defensive energy of Ty-Shon Alexander.

In a really high-scoring first quarter, Milos Teodosic put up on a show with 11 points and 4 assists in the first 10 minutes. Despite the magic from the Serbian point guard, though, Cedevita remained close to Virtus, thanks to the contribution from Omic and Pullen.

Marco Belinelli was the top scorer for Virtus Bologna with 21 points (2/4 2PT, 5/10 3PT, 2/3 FT), 3 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 turnover, and 19 PIR

Yogi Ferrell, instead, was the main offensive guy for Cedevita. He finished with 24 points (1/1 2PT, 5/9 3PT, 7/7 FT), 11 assists, 3 rebounds, 1 steal, and 38 PIR
