In the wake of suffering a tough defeat against Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul on Thursday, AS Monaco face another loss. After losing Leo Westermann for six weeks due to an adductor injury, the Monegasque club now faces the upcoming Euroleague week without its leader Mike James.
According to the club's official announcement, the American guard is set to miss approximately 10 days due to a muscle strain, pending additional examinations.
James is fighting a tough injury battle this season. Just a week before, the American guard exited the game against ASVEL LDLC Villeurbanne due to an ankle injury.
James is one of the brightest Euroleague stars this season, averaging 14.8 points, 3 rebounds, 5 assists, and 15.2 PIR for Monaco.
