Euroleague Basketball has announced the following disciplinary sanction pertaining to incidents that occurred in Round 12 of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague regular season.

Panathinaikos OPAP Athens have been sanctioned with a fine of €15,000 and a fine of €6,000 for aggressions to the referees and the use of laser pointers directed at people.

The incidents occurred in a home game against Zenit St Petersburg under Article 29.1.e) and 29.2.f) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code, respectively.

Panathinaikos has been heavily sanctioned this season. The EuroLeague committee has previously fined head coach Dimitris Priftis and Dimitris Giannakopoulos, the part-owner of the club.
