In the battle between the two current worst EuroLeague teams, Panathinaikos OPAP Athens (2-7) will have to fight without Nemanja Nedovic.

The Serbian guard didn’t travel to Kaunas, where Panathinaikos will face Zalgiris (0-9) on Tuesday. Nedovic is suffering from a viral infection.

Last week, Nedovic made his return after a left adductor injury, which sidelined him for two weeks. However, in the game against UNICS Kazan, he played only 3 minutes.

Nedovic is averaging 8.3 points, 1.8 assists, and 5.4 PIR this season.
