PAOK stayed close in the first half, with Olympiacos gaining a three-point advantage after Shaquielle McKissic's 3-pointer (41-38). The hosts kicked into high gear in the third period, going on a 7-0 run to gain a commanding 17-point lead (64-47).

PAOK managed to cut their deficit to single-digits in the fourth quarter (66-73), but that was the best they could do, as Olympiacos finished the game strong to come away with an 18-point victory.
