Will Clyburn's 3-pointer cut CSKA's deficit to four with over four minutes remaining (75-79). Voigtmann brought the hosts within three with 2:21 to go (78-81).
But Nando de Colo answered with a long-range bomb of his own to give Fenerbahce a six-point cushion (84-78). The hosts were able to retain their lead and won by nine.
de Colo led Fenerbahce with 18 points (2/5 2PT, 4/6 3PT, 2/2 FT), 4 assists, 1 steal, 2 blocks, 2 turnovers, and 22 PIR.
"Most important today is to go back with the win because lately, we were close, but we couldn't get it," de Colo said post-game. "The key was supposed to be how we controlled the rebounds, but we didn't do a great job over there. But we stayed together."
On the opposing side, Will Clyburn was the man for CSKA, finishing with 26 points (7/9 2PT, 3/5 3PT, 3/3 FT), 9 rebounds, 2 steals, 2 blocks, 2 turnovers, and 34 PIR.
"I think the players' effort was exceptional today," Fenerbahce coach Sasha Obradovic said after the game. "They were very focused, very defensively oriented. We trusted what we designed, they did it, they did a really great job."
It was a tight contest in the first half, but Fenerbahce captured a 10-point advantage in the second period (31-21). However, CSKA went on a 13-2 run to regain a one-point advantage (34-33).
But Mariyal Shayok and Jan Vesely helped the visitors finish the half well, putting their team in front by five at halftime (49-44).
Fenerbahce continued leading in the third period, gaining another double-digit lead (67-55). Alexey Shved and Will Clyburn cut CSKA's deficit to seven going into the final period (62-69).
