According to a report from Walter Fuochi of 'La Repubblica', Italian side Virtus Bologna is considering the idea of opting out of the deal with American guard Ty-Shon Alexander, who joined the team back in September after Nico Mannion's physical issues.

Alexander signed a two-year deal with Virtus until 2023 with an NBA out for next summer, but, according to Fuochi, Virtus will have the opportunity to get out of the deal in December with an option that was included in the contract.

So far, Alexander is averaging 3 points, 1.5 assists, and 1.2 rebounds per game in Italian Serie A, while shooting 44% from three-point.

In the last game against Tortona, which Virtus lost, Alexander played 7 minutes, finishing with 0 points, 2 rebounds, and 1 assist.
