The winner of Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Round 2 and 3 MVP, Tornike Shengelia, will miss a significant amount of time.
The Georgian forward injured his shoulder on his career night against Zenit St. Petersburg.
According to the preliminary estimates by doctors, Shengelia is set to miss at least two months. The timeline for his return will become clearer once additional tests are conducted.
CSKA Moscow are also missing their starting center Nikola Milutinov, who is out indefinitely.
Shengelia is averaging 21.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 1.3 steals, 1.3 turnovers, and 24.3 PIR over three EuroLeague games this season.
