Bobby Dixon, also known as Ali Muhammed, parted ways with the team this summer. However, he has not stayed away from basketball for long and will join Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul's front office, the club announced today.
Dixon will take on the roles of Fenerbahce's individual development coach and infrastructure ambassador.
Per Fenerbahce's announcement: "Ali Muhammed, who has been an inspiration to many young athletes throughout his career, will provide the necessary coordination for the equipment and mental development of our young athletes both in our senior teams and in our Fenerbahce College Safiport team in his new position in our men's basketball branch."
Dixon will be publically introduced into his new role before tonight's Turkish Airlines EuroLeague match against UNICS Kazan.
