The Los Angeles Lakers announced their newest addition to the roster, the Frenchman Sekou Doumbouya.
L.A. Lakers are Doumbouya's third team in this off-season.
At first, on September 4, the 20-year-old was acquired by the Brooklyn Nets in a trade with the Detroit Pistons.
Later, the Houston Rockets received small forward Doumbouya and a 2024 second-round draft pick from the Nets in exchange for cash considerations.
The 2019 first-round draft pick (15th overall) played 13 minutes in the Nets' preseason victory against the Los Angeles Lakers, totaling 11 points and 4 rebounds.
In 94 games (30 starts) across two seasons (2019-21) with the Pistons, the 2.03-meter Doumbouya averaged 5.6 points and 2.8 rebounds in 17.3 minutes per game.
