Panathinaikos big man Georgios Papagiannis is dealing with severe back pain and will be a game-time decision for tonight's Turkish Airlines EuroLeague game against Baskonia.

The player has already received an injection to ease the pain, and he'll have another one just before the game.

Papagiannis is expected to be a part of the 12-men roster for the game, but it's still unclear if he'll be able to play.

The big man is in the third season with the Greek club and has two more years left on his deal, but both of them are only optional.

The former Sacramento Kings big man is averaging 8 points and 4 rebounds per game at the start of the Greek league.
