The Memphis Grizzlies blew out the Charlotte Hornets, 128-98 (31-19, 42-24, 28-27, 27-28), in their second preseason game.
The Canadian team took the lead early on in the game and never gave it up. They built a 30-point margin (73-43) at half-time, cruising to victory in the minutes to follow.
Ja Morant recorded 16 points, five rebounds, and eight assists for the Grizzlies, while LaMelo Ball tallied 13 points and seven assists for the Hornets in the losing effort. James Bouknight also made his bit, scoring 17.
