DeMar DeRozan, Lonzo Ball, and Alex Caruso played in their first game with the Bulls uniform, as the Chicago team easily handled the Cleveland Cavaliers 131-95 (33-27, 30-21, 44-24, 18-23).

DeRozan finished with 13 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 blocks. Caruso had a double-double with 10 points, 10 assists, and 2 rebounds.

Lonzo Ball showcased his versatility by ending with 8 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals, and 2 blocks. It was Zach LaVine, however, to lead his team in scoring with 25.

For the Cavaliers, the 3rd overall pick of this year's draft, Evan Mobley, debuted with 10 points, 8 rebounds, 2 blocks, and 1 steal.

Ricky Rubio, Lauri Markkanen, and Kevin Pangos also had their first games as members of the Cavs. Rubio had 10 points, 5 rebounds, and 6 assists.

Markkanen added 13 points and 4 rebounds, while Pangos ended with 3 points and 3 assists.
