“I’ll be honest, I don’t know how this happened, but we simply didn’t play,” added Pascual.
Pascual also said that he tried to wake up his players during halftime, but that didn’t help either.
“In the locker room, during the halftime, I thought we knew what we must be doing, but in the third quarter, Astana made a run. We made a mistake after mistake. Today we lacked character and did everything wrong,” Xavi concluded.
