ALBA Berlin got a narrow victory over Telekom Baskets Bonn 83-80 (14-17, 17-21, 19-19, 20-13, 13-10) to advance to the German Cup quarterfinals.
Bonn led the majority of the game, however, ALBA managed to get back on track and tied the game at the dying seconds. Luke Sikma hit a two-pointer which transferred the match into overtime. ALBA were a better team in that decisive period of time.
Yovel Zoosman had 20 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 assists for ALBA.
Meanwhile, Luke Sikma generated a strong double-double with 13 points and 14 rebounds.
Bonn was led by Parker Jackson-Cartwright. He posted 26 points, 1 rebound, and 9 assists.
