The New York Knicks and Luca Vildoza went two separate ways, according to the official team's announcement.

Vildoza was originally signed by the Knicks on May 6, 2021, after spending four seasons in the EuroLeague and Liga ACB.

The 26-year-old only appeared in two Summer League games for the Knicks a few months ago. He did not score, recorded 2 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal, and 1 turnover.

He was also lackluster in the Tokyo Olympics, averaging 7.0 points (16.7% 3PT), 2.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 6.0 PIR over four games with Argentina.

The Knicks' roster now stands at 19 players.
