After Mario Chalmers, another former NBA player will land in Puerto Rico. Leones de Ponce announced the signing of former Denver Nuggets power forward Kenneth Faried.

The power forward recently played the Summer League with the Portland Trail Blazers but didn't find any contract for the training camp or the season.
Faried has been away from the NBA since 2019 when he last played for the Houston Rockets.
During his career, Faried also won a gold medal at the 2014 FIBA World Cup with Team USA. This will be Faried's second International experience after playing briefly in China during the 2019-2020 season.
