CSKA Moscow center Nikola Milutinov suffered a left knee injury but won’t require surgery.
“Upon returning to Moscow, Milutinov underwent examination at the GMS Clinic, which revealed partial damage to the internal lateral ligament of the left knee,” says the announcement made by the Russian club.
Furthermore, the Serbian forward will undergo conservative therapy at the club’s facilities and be sidelined indefinitely.
Milutinov injured himself in Thursday’s game against AX Armani Exchange Milan. The Serbian forward was fighting for the loose ball, but then Luigi Datome brought him down and fell on Milutinov’s knee. He left the court only with the help of his teammates.
