Free-agent Chasson Randle is signing a training camp contract with the NBA runner-ups, Phoenix Suns, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Last season he split time between the Orlando Magic and two NBA affiliates in the G League, Oklahoma City Blue and Lakeland Magic. In the NBA, he averaged 6.5 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 1.8 assists in 41 games.

The 28-year-old started his professional path in Europe, CEZ Nymburk (2015-16). Throughout his career, the 1.88-meter point guard had stints with the Philadelphia 76ers, New York Knicks, Real Madrid, Washington Wizards, Tianjin Pioneers (China), Golden State Warriors, and G League teams.

Randle has NBA career averages of 5.7 points, 1.4 rebounds, and 1.8 assists in 119 contests.

In 2018, he became a Turkish Airlines EuroLeague champion with the Royal club. Over 23 EuroLeague games, Chasson Randle registered 2.6 points and 1 rebound per game.
