Both teams went neck to neck in the opening frame. In the second, the score continued to be close, but with 2:07 remaining, Jordan Mickey stole the ball and jammed it on a fast-break, giving Zenit the lead (40-39).
After halftime teams were struggling to score, but Zenit managed to increase their lead to eight points (65-57). Which they held on to until the final whistle.
