Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul have announced the signing of the Turkish prospect Sehmus Hazer to a three-year contract. It was previously reported that Fenerbahce are expected to pay a buyout of $800 thousand to Besiktas in order to acquire Hazer.
The 22-year-old guard averaged 14.9 points, 4 assists, and 3.7 rebounds per game in the past season with Besiktas.
During the off-season, Hazer played in the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas. As a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers, he averaged 5 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 1 assist per game.
