According to multiple reports from Turkey, Fenerbahce Beko and Besiktas are very close to reaching an agreement on a buyout for Besiktas guard Sehmus Hazer. Trendbasket informs that Fenerbahce are expected to pay a buyout of $800.000. Club officials from Fenerbahce told BasketNews that the deal hasn't been finalized yet.

Hazer has been a target of Fenerbahce for several weeks and the player hasn't joined Besiktas' training camp. The Turkish guard averaged 14.9 points, 4 assists, and 3.7 rebounds per game in the past season with Besiktas.

During the off-season, Hazer played in the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas. As a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers, he averaged 5 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 1 assist per game.
