On Thursday night, Mike James returned to the CSKA Moscow jersey, taking part in an exhibition game played by its youth team, CSKA-2, against Samara.

The American guard, who's still under contract with CSKA and is training separately from the first team, registered 5 points, 2 rebounds, and 2 blocks in the scrimmage. However, his situation ahead of the next season is still surrounded by uncertainty, since he and CSKA have not been able to find an agreement to terminate the deal that binds them until 2023.

Right after the scrimmage, the 31-year-old took to Twitter, where he has always been very active. In the course of a few hours, Mike James let it be known - among other things- that he: A) is not fond of interviews, B) is not planning on playing for Zalgiris, C) is not doing coke, and D) is not one of the "good people out here waiting" to land a basketball job in China or the NBA.

The Portland native even went so far as to reveal his salary, which amounts to $2.5 million.

Last but not least, he replied to a Tyrese Rice post. Rice explained his situation with Barcelona in 2016-17, stating that he only practiced with the Catalans' second team when he wanted to, adding that he was not even allowed to play basketball.

Mike James sure had a busy Twitter night somewhere in Moscow.
