The game between Olympiacos Piraeus and Ionikos Nikaia was the first open-door pre-season match in Greece. It was organized to raise money for the victims of the wildfires in different regions of the country. Olympiacos won easily with the final score of 98-59 (21-8, 25-20, 24-19, 28-12).

Olympiacos started strong immediately and finished the first quarter up 21-8. At the end of the first half, the EuroLeague team was up by 18 points. In the second half, Olympiacos kept on with their control of the game.

The top scorer of the night was Sasha Vezenkov, who finished with 15 points. Shaquielle McKissic added 14. Veteran forward Georgios Printezis also finished with 14 points. Former Maccabi Tel Aviv guard Tyler Dorsey scored 12 points.

Kostas Sloukas and Kostas Papanikolaou didn't play due to minor injuries.

During the halftime, George Printezis presented the check for €5,000 and a signed jersey to the president of Ahepa Maritime Chapter St. Nicholas, Dimitris Mattheou.
