Partizan NIS Belgrade have announced a one-year contract with American point guard Dallas Moore.

After graduating from the University of North Florida in 2017, the 1.85 m guard played in Italy (Pesaro, Torino), Israel (Hapoel Tel Aviv), and France (Nanterre 92).

Moore spent the last season in China, where he represented Guangzhou Loong Lions in the Chinese Basketball Association. He averaged 26.3 points, 5.6 assists, and 3.6 rebounds over 32.6 minutes. His team made it to the playoffs but was eliminated in the first round.

The 26-year-old was granted Albanian citizenship in 2018. He represented the country in the 2019 European Championship qualifiers.

Partizan will kick off their EuroCup season on October 19 with an away game against Hamburg Towers.
